Pastor Cesar Prieto began his walk with Yahweh on February 1, 2003. While working within the criminal court systems of El Paso he became passionate for the people he witnessed coming in and out of the court system. He began teaching and preaching at transitional living centers and halfway homes bringing the word of Yahweh to the hearts of His people.
Here the idea of Hope is on the Rise Ministries was born, a place where Yahweh’s broken children can come and be renewed and restored, learning to walk like Yahweh instructed. Hope is on the Rise first opened its doors on September 17, 2010, and has been bringing lives to Yashua ever since.
He is driven with passion for the communities around him, and most importantly, bringing souls to Yahweh.
